Welcome to The Evergreen Cricket Turf. By using our mobile application and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our platform to reserve, book, or view slots for our cricket turf, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our application.

2. Booking and Reservation Rules

• Bookings can be made up to 14 days in advance through the application.
• Each slot is booked for the duration specified (typically in 30-minute intervals). Users must vacate the turf promptly at the end of their slot.
• Arriving late does not extend your booking slot. Timings are strict to prevent delays for subsequent bookings.

3. Pricing and Payments

• All prices for booking slots are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change.
• To confirm a booking with a total value greater than ₹500, a minimum advance deposit of ₹500 is required. For bookings under ₹500, full payment is required at the time of reservation.
• The remaining balance (if any) must be paid at the turf counter before start of play, or via our online payment interface.
• All online transactions are securely processed through our integrated payment gateway. We do not store or collect your payment details.

4. Conduct and Safety Rules

• Users and players must wear appropriate sports shoes. Spikes or studded shoes that can damage the turf are strictly prohibited.
• Any damage caused to the turf, netting, lighting, or equipment due to negligence or misconduct will be charged directly to the user who made the booking.
• We are not responsible for any personal injuries, accidents, or health issues sustained by players or spectators on our premises. Play at your own risk.
• Keep the turf clean. Littering, smoking, alcohol consumption, and chewing gum on the playing area are strictly prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and materials provided in the application are the property of The Evergreen Cricket Turf. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the application without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Evergreen Cricket Turf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or personal belongings on our premises.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Chhattisgarh, India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rajnandgaon, Chhattisgarh.
